I just began working on a little tilebased rpg-like game.
I’m looking forward to program some interesting stuff:
- A TileMap-Editor + MapFile-Parser
- The game itself of course
- And hopefully I can extract some general purpose classes to program myself a tiny ‘engine’/game-library for reuse during later game-projects
Maybe I’ll keep you updated on things and write a few tutorials, if anybody is interested (?).
I don’t feel any need to rush this, though (I do this all for fun at last!).
